The EASY LINK machine from STIL MEC enables you to create welded or closed rings for connecting various jewelry findings such as chains, rings, medals, closures, finials, rubbers, and more. It maintains a high standard of quality. Easy Link produces the links directly from the wire using the machine, accommodating different shapes and sizes. The wire can also be pre-treated, reducing manufacturing costs and work time.
STIL MEC technology allows for the use of various shapes by simply changing the tooling. Additionally, different materials, shapes, sections, and sizes of wire can be utilized. The welder incorporates STIL MEC technology, employing a specialized TIG welder. It ensures strong, uniform, and clean welds without affecting neighboring materials. This is achieved through the use of specialized torches and direct argon gas flushing at the welding point.
