The Ayrolling product range goes from
the simple hand rolling mill for the goldsmith
to the most complex motorized rolling systems
for wire and/or plate with board up to 400 mm,
equipped with automation, electric lift and numerical control.
“M SERIES” ROLLING MILLS
This machine is equipped with a reversible duo system with a complete steel structure to produce medium-large volume high quality laminate. Available with a wide range of cylinders of different dimensions: 200 mm for breaking down plates, 130 mm or 160 mm for finishing plates and 350 mm cylinders for wire rolling. In the finishing version it can be equipped with winders and unwinders electronically and separately adjustable with an electrical cut off function.
“FILLY 200” ROLLING MILLS
The Filly 200 rolling mill is an extremely versatile machine with two heads, it can be customized according to the customer’s needs, for example it can be for breaking down and finishing,
only for finishing or for wire only,
mixing the different cylinders dimensions
available (130 mm or 200 mm).
Moreover, it can be equipped with motorized
winders and unwinders in the finishing version for plate, which allow the production of strips of
about 0,1 mm of final thickness.
