IL NOSTRO LEAN JOURNEY
Il modello manageriale giapponese, ideato da Toyota, è ormai da anni parte integrante della filosofia imprenditoriale di RiaceWax, per un successo che si costruisce e si rafforza giorno dopo giorno con risultati tangibili. Si chiama “Lean Thinking” e si legge “pensiero snello”. È una filosofia imprenditoriale, applicabile a

The Japanese managerial model, conceived by Toyota, has become an integral part of the entrepreneurial philosophy of RiaceWax for success which builds and strengthens itself day after day with tangible results. It is called “Lean Thinking”. It is an entrepreneurial philosophy, applicable to any company of any sector, in any
department, which aims at reducing waste to arrive at its total removal, through the development of standardised processes which reduces costs and elevates production to excellence with the contribution of people. This is also why we speak of “Lean Production”, and it is the successful model with which the Japanese Toyota has conquered the West, doing away with the antithetical model of mass production of the American Ford. In “Lean thinking” and, consequently, in the philosophy of RiaceWax, the creation of value cannot be separated from the centrality of the clientele, its needs and requests.
